MindJolt Acquires SGN, Hallpass

Social gaming firm MindJolt has acquired mobile social developer SGN and online game portal Hallpass Media, each for an undisclosed sum. GREE Acquires OpenFeint For $104M

Halfbrick Boosts Monster Dash Downloads 123% Using OpenFeint
