Nexon has acquired a 67% stake in MMO developer NDoors, the company announced today. The shares include those of the former chairman, Seong-Mun Kwon, and the largest shareholders. The purchase has secured management rights for Nexon as the largest shareholder, and, as a result, NDoors will become a subsidiary of Nexon.  The purchase adds both talent and titles to Nexon's arsenal of casual games and MMOs: Ndoors is behind the successful games Atlantica Online and GoonZu.

"Nexon has been carrying out ongoing investment in the companies with outstanding development efforts," said Su-Min, CEO of Nexon. "NDoors, as well as an excellent development capability with domestic and international publishing capabilities would be a big help to expand Nexon’s portfolio and to carry out a global expansion policy."
