Today the ad offer network Sometrics announced that it would partner with the MMO portal IGG. Sometrics's ad offers will now appear in IGG's suite of games, which serve roughly 15 million registered users. Games on the IGG portal include Lords Online, Tales of Pirates, Angels Online, GodsWar Online, and MythWar II Online. Sometrics will be serving an ad offer inventory of roughly 4,000 ads with eCPMs as high as $700 to $900.

Sometrics's ad offers appear as part of its Managed Offer Platform, which helps developers optimize performance across all client ad offers. IGG has recently partnered with Peanut Labs, so the portal will have clear use for the platform's analytics features. Sometrics claims that use of the analytics and optimization features of the Managed Offer Platform delivers, on average, a 15% lift in revenues for clients.

While Sometrics spent most of 2009 primarily pushing itself as an analytics partner, the company's strategy in 2010 seems to be emphasizing its capability as a true ad offer network. Earlier this year Sometrics announced that its ad offers had served 1 trillion in virtual currency, while earlier this week Sometrics rolled out its GameCoins.com service that would let it bring ad offers directly to the site's visitors.

Demand for ad offers from safe and trusted sources is high for freemium games and virtual worlds now, driving an ongoing boom in the ad offers space. It's quite likely Sometrics wants to make sure it's recognized as a full service partner, especially since it's even added in alternative ad offer solutions like its Shop & Earn service
