Vindicia announced today that its Cashbox payment technology had been adopted by two new partners, social game developer HitGrab and youth-oriented virtual world, Arbopals. Arbopals, which recently launched a public beta, targets kids aged 5-10 with a free-to-play world about trees. It plans to monetize through subscription fees and merchandise sales of both virtual and physical goods, so a flexible billing solution is key.

"In a time when many online publishers and merchants are fighting to stay afloat in an unstable marketplace, we see the potential for real growth," said Peter O'Brien, President and CEO of Arbopals. "By using a flexible, personalized billing solution, we will optimize our customers' experiences and help carve out our unique spot in this space. Working with Vindicia is helping keep us at the forefront of this ever-evolving and always competitive virtual world marketplace."
