Virtual Greats and Viximo are partnering to bring a new turnkey branded virtual goods solution to publishers across the Web. The new solution is designed to help start-ups and other companies interested in taking advantage of virtual goods revenue but unable or uninterested in building the infrastructure required to create, promote, and sell goods to customers. The solution makes the Virtual Greats license catalog available to clients, including the Paris Hilton, NBA, and Rocawear brands.

"In many cases, it makes far more sense for a publisher to take advantage of Viximo's ready-to-go solutions for virtual goods sales, especially as you move into the long tail of specialized content," said Dan Jansen, CEO, Virtual Greats.

The Virtual Greats branded virtual goods will now be available through the Viximo Content Marketplace, along with virtual goods created by Viximo's team of 3,000 digital artists. The solution leverages Viximo's Analytics and Drop-In Component technologies to help publishers "of any size" integrate the system and roll out a virtual goods catalog in about a week's time. For Virtual Greats it is a huge distribution coup, while Viximo is sure to benefit from the ability to help clients easily begin selling virtual goods that feature top real-world brands.

""Virtual Great's unique set of A-list global content will be a great addition to Viximo's already rich content marketplace. Publishers will see their possibilities for virtual goods sale multiply as the quality and breadth of their content expands," said Brian Balfour, Founder and VP Product Marketing, Viximo.
